Convex Decomposition Support in Editor

Today I fixed a few small bugs and made a few models, but the main thing I did on my engine was to integrate the very handy convex decomposition routine from John Ratcliff (Code Suppository).  I still have a few odd problems with missing brush polygons, but I think that is probably an epsilon issue or a problem with the code I have for eliminating duplicate planes.
